Jacques is a rescue dog. He spent some time at a
shelter in Bay Minette, AL prior to being taken in
by a foster mom through AmyzArk Rescue
& Adoption. I found him on the Friends of Cats
and Dogs Foundation website. Jacques is a big lap dog!
He loves naps and loves to play tug-of-war. He is a
graduate of PetSmart obedience class.

Jacques recently graduated from training class at PetSmart! We are so proud! He won first place in the Come When Called relay.

Mission: Breed Investigation

Jacques was listed as a Papillon mix when we got him. However, after some investigation, we have determined Jacques is more than likely a cross between both a Papillon and a long-haired Chihuahua.

The Toy Shoppe rubber chicken below is the most durable toy I've found!!! Jacques and Percy both love it. It makes squeaky noises and not even Jacques's teeth can destroy it!

Jacques is a big fan of Pup-Peroni in Original Beef flavor. He learned to sit and lay down with the help of these tasty morsels. They are high-protein and come in several flavors. Daniel says they taste like beef jerky!
